Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support concessions, box office, and usher duties across theatre spaces. You will ensure guests receive exceptional service and uphold all safety and cleanliness standards. Training includes cast certification and Regal beverage server programs where applicable.

Roles include operating POS, promoting loyalty programs, managing seating, and enforcing MPAA ratings while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests during busy showtimes.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol, complete required state or local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.

Responsibilities

• Operate concessions and POS with cash handling accuracy and inventory.
• Promote Regal Crown Club program and upsell items.
• Direct patrons to auditoriums and assist seating, enforce MPAA ratings.
• Maintain cleanliness of auditoriums, restrooms, lobby and equipment.
• Perform opening/closing duties as assigned by management.
