Job summary

Regal Cinemas, Inc. seeks Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles within a theatre environment. You will ensure guests receive exceptional service, handle transactions, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining standards and safety.

The position may require certification training and adherence to all company policies. Attendance, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, safe theatre are essential parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If alcohol is sold, complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
• Good public speaking, listening and clear responses.
• Ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately.
• Identify problems, gather data and take action under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system with cash, cards and tickets accurately.
• Upsell Premium Viewing experiences and promote loyalty programs.
• Promote the Regal Crown Club and ensure policy compliance.
• Help guests and maintain theatre cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and in-theatre inspections.
