Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments daily to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Train and develop the team to meet Target's guest experience commitments and standards.
• Observe and coach team members, providing feedback and accountability.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.
• Lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants to exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance through established processes.
