• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead a team of Guest Advocates, Service Advocates and Front of Store Attendants who strive to exceed guest service expectations.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and achieve service and sales goals.
• Coach and develop team members to close skill gaps and improve performance.
• Maintain safety, compliance and smooth operations across the store.
