Job summary

Target Hillsboro is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to coach a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store staff while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will plan daily workloads, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with safety standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma and at least 18 years old, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly environment.
• Train and develop team to meet Target's guest experience commitments.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and goals.
• Lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store staff to deliver service and loyalty.
• Ensure safety, security and compliance across store operations.
• Support drive-up and pickup services for digital guests.
