Job summary

Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader in Mason, OH to lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants, delivering an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience. You will coach staff, manage daily workflows, and help drive sales while maintaining store standards and safety.

This role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and adapting to a fast-paced retail environment. Ideal candidates should have a High school diploma, be at least 18, and bring either prior retail

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
18 years of age or older.
Retail experience is preferred but not required.
Lead and hold others accountable.
Effective communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

Deliver guest experience commitments to create a friendly, easy shopping experience.
Train, coach and evaluate hourly team members to drive service and sales.
Monitor area metrics and troubleshoot opportunities to improve guest outcomes.
Lead and support front of store operations, including drive-up and pick-up services.
Support store promotions, brand launches, and safety/compliance initiatives.
