Job summary

Target in Illinois is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to deliver exceptional guest experiences on the sales floor. You will help drive store operations, training, and guest service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires flexibility with a variable schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. You will lead Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants, coach team members, and manage daily workloads to hit sales goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants to meet service and sales goals.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and retain talent.
• Manage daily workload to support business priorities and daily store goals.
• Support loyalty programs and ensure safety and compliance.
