Job summary

Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to supervise guest services, drive store standards, and lead a team of hourly associates. You will ensure an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience across in-store and digital touchpoints, while coaching teammates and delivering results.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a willingness to work a variable schedule in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail leadership and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and coach a team of hourly associates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience.
• Train and guide team to meet guest experience commitments and store standards.
• Observe performance, provide feedback, and coach for continuous improvement.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to achieve sales and service goals.
• Assist with drive-up, pickup and other guest services.
• Maintain safety, compliance and store security practices.
