Job summary

Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to deliver exceptional guest experiences, guide a team of hourly associates, and manage daily operations. You will focus on customer interactions, coaching, and maintaining service standards across checklanes, guest services, and drive-up.

You will train and develop staff, monitor performance, and ensure safety policies are followed while adapting to a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coach a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly environment.
• Lead and coach team members, including onboarding and development.
• Monitor area metrics and drive guest service goals and loyalty.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support service and sales priorities.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and operational standards are met.
