Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader in Tennessee. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading a team of hourly associates, and executing daily store operations to meet sales and customer service goals.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years of age, and reliable communication across devices. Prior retail experience is preferred, with emphasis on teamwork, accountability, and adaptability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure team members are trained and deliver on targets and guest experience commitments.
• Lead a team of hourly members and develop talent.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support priorities and sales goals.
• Oversee store operations and drive loyalty and satisfaction.
• Assist with drive-up and pickup services and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain safety, security and compliance across shifts.
