Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure a friendly, easy experience.
• Train and coach team members to meet guest experience standards.
• Observe team performance and provide feedback; hold staff accountable.
• Review area metrics and take action to improve guest experience and store performance.
• Lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store staff to meet sales and service goals.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support priorities and achieve store sales and engagement goals.
• Support loyalty programs and educate guests about benefits and promotions.
