Target Corp is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to drive guest experience and lead a team of hourly team members across in-store operations. You will focus on delivering a seamless, friendly guest interaction while overseeing daily tasks, coaching staff, and maintaining store standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and a strong emphasis on guest service, with an expectation of flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly experience.
• Lead and coach a team of hourly associates to meet service and sales goals.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and drive results.
• Monitor area metrics and take action to improve guest experience and operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security practices and brand standards.
