Job summary

Target seeks a Service And Engagement Team Leader to drive guest experience and oversee hourly team members. You will lead daily operations, coordinate staffing, and ensure service standards across checklanes, pickup, and drive up.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a customer-first mindset. You will coach and develop team members, monitor performance, and support store leadership in achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly environment.
• Train and coach team members and ensure consistent guest experiences.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet store sales goals and priorities.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead a culture of accountability and safety in the front of store.
