Job summary

Target is looking for a Service and Engagement Team Leader to guide a team of hourly associates in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will lead daily operations, coach associates, and ensure you meet store goals with a guest-first approach.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage flexible hours in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help drive guest loyalty through outstanding service across in-store and digital channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners as directed.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently.
• Train and coach team members to meet Target standards.
• Monitor area metrics and act to improve outcomes.
• Lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store staff to exceed guest service expectations.
• Support drive-up and pickup services and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Demonstrate a culture of safety and compliance in daily operations.
