Job summary

Target in Wisconsin is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to guide a team of hourly associates in delivering guest-first service, handling checkout and drive-up operations, and supporting store priorities.

You will coach teammates, manage daily workload, ensure compliant operations, and participate in training to grow leadership skills while upholding Target's guest experience commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly team members, including coaching, evaluating and retaining talent.
• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure your team members stay up-to-date on upcoming major promotions, brand launches and events.
• Address all store emergency and compliance needs.
• All other duties based on business needs.
