Job summary

Target Corp in Cypress, TX is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to oversee guest experiences and front-of-store operations. The role focuses on directing a team of hourly associates, driving service quality, and executing store priorities with accountability for performance and customer satisfaction.

You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure that guest interactions are welcoming, efficient, and aligned with Target’s standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate and operate handheld devices and cash registers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly associates and manage daily workload to meet service goals.
• Deliver consistent guest experience and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Coach and develop team, monitor performance and safety standards.
• Support store leadership on promotions, resets and daily operations.
