Target Corp in Katy, TX is seeking a Service & Engagement Team Leader to guide guest experiences, lead a team of hourly associates, and ensure smooth store operations. You will train staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with leaders to meet service and sales goals.

You will manage daily workloads, respond to guest concerns, promote loyalty programs, and uphold safety standards while delivering an easy, inspiring shopping experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Train and develop team members to maintain service standards.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet store goals.
• Lead a team of hourly team members including interviewing, coaching and retention.
• Support drive-up and checkout operations and assist with guest needs.
