Job summary

Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to guide a team in delivering an outstanding guest experience and achieving store goals. You will lead and coach a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants, plan daily tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes guest engagement, problem solving, and fostering a friendly, inclusive store culture while upholding safety and compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly experience.
• Lead a team of hourly teammates, including coaching and development.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet store priorities and goals.
• Drive store sales goals and support loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and operational standards are followed.
