Job summary

The role focuses on coaching staff to meet guest expectations, maintaining cleanliness and presentation, and ensuring consistent, accurate service during busy periods across both front and back of house.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and complete Team Leader training.
• Must be ServSafe certified where required by state.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to analyze and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proven integrity and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members using Guest Expectations materials.
• Ensure cleanliness and grooming standards are met.
• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Oversee order accuracy and guest satisfaction during peak times.
• Maintain food safety and quality through adherence to procedures.
