Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a first-line operational supervisor to train and lead team members in consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience, including great tasting food and adherence to 20/20 guest expectations.

The role emphasizes coaching on hospitality, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with all JIB procedures and policies across front and back of house. Must be 18+, with Team Leader training and relevant JIB experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and complete Team Leader training classes.
• 6 consecutive months JIB experience and 100% certification in all workstations for internal promotion, or 1-year supervisory experience in a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead team members to deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Ensure food safety and quality, and adherence to Jack in the Box procedures and standards.
• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house duties, maintain cleanliness, and manage guest service during peak times.
