Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience – 6 consecutive months JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes, or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.

• Train and coach team members using guest expectations materials.
• Model calm, friendly, and professional behavior during busy periods.
• Oversee order taking, cashiering, and overall service flow during shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and adherence to JIB policies and standards.
