Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience – 6 consecutive months in JIB or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to train and coach team members and ensure adherence to procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure high food quality.
• Coach staff to follow JIB policies, standards and guest- satisfaction practices.
• Oversee order taking, cashiering and guest interactions during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of the dining area and back-of-house.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety and food safety procedures.
