Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains team members on guest service and food quality.
• Ensures compliance with JIB procedures, systems, and standards.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and organization across front and back of house.
• Models a positive, friendly attitude and handles guest concerns professionally.
• Oversees shift operations, including order taking and cashiering during busy times.
• Executes on 20/20 guest expectations and ensures consistent quick service.
