Qualifications

• Directly trains and coaches team members to deliver guest experiences per guidelines.
• Ensures consistent, high quality food and fast, accurate service.
• Models and enforces JIB standards on grooming, uniform, and hospitality.
• Acts as a brand ambassador by upholding Hospitality Model and guest-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitor cleanliness and restaurant appearance during shifts.
• Assist with order taking and cashiering during busy periods.
• Ensure accurate orders and adherence to food safety procedures.
• Coach team on 20/20 guest expectations and problem resolution.
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold uniform standards.
