Job summary

Target in Bethel, CT is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader. You will guide a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage daily workloads, and promote Target Loyalty during varied shifts.

You will lead coaching, performance feedback, and development while maintaining store operations, safety, and compliance to support sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 18 years of age or older; previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly experience.
• Lead a team of hourly team members including interviewing, coaching and development.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet store sales goals and guest engagement targets.
• Maintain safety, compliance and efficient operations across shifts.
• Support pickup, drive-up and other guest services to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
