Job summary

Target in Nashua, NH is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to guide guest experiences and coach hourly team members. You will help ensure store operations run smoothly and maintain a guest-first culture across all front-of-store areas.

Responsibilities include leading day-to-day guest interactions, training staff, managing schedules, and monitoring performance metrics. The role supports loyalty programs and store initiatives while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store staff to deliver an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Train and coach team members, ensuring adherence to Target's guest experience commitments.
• Schedule daily/weekly workloads to meet store priorities and drive service and sales goals.
• Monitor area metrics, identify opportunities, and take action to improve guest outcomes.
