Job summary

Target in Duluth, MN is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to drive guest experiences and lead a team of hourly staff. You will ensure smooth store operations and uphold Target's standards across service, safety, and engagement.

You will coach, onboard and develop teammates, manage daily workloads, and support drive-up and pickup services while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 18 years or older; previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and cash registers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead a team of hourly team members, including interviewing, coaching and retention.
• Assist with drive-up and pickup orders and ensure accurate processing.
• Maintain store standards, safety and proper operations throughout shifts.
