Job summary

• Build a team of Guest Advocates and Service Leaders to exceed guest service expectations.
• Drive total store sales and ensure departments contribute to profitability.
• Anticipate staffing needs and recruit for long- and short-term priorities.
• Manage training, performance coaching, and development conversations.
• Ensure schedules, safety, and compliance to deliver a frictionless guest experience.
• Lead omnichannel and in-store experiences including checklanes, SCO, OPU, and drive up.
