Job summary

Target is seeking a Service & Engagement Team Leader in Woodbury, MN to drive guest experience and lead a team of associates across front-of-store operations. You will coach, develop, and schedule staff to meet daily service and sales goals while maintaining a friendly, inclusive environment.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, including drive-up and checkout operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail or guest services preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent guest experience and uphold service commitments.
• Lead a team of hourly members, including interviewing, coaching and development.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet service and sales goals.
• Support drive-up and curbside services and brand initiatives.
• Ensure safety, compliance and merchandise protection across the store.
