Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee store operations, coach team members, and ensure a positive guest experience. The role includes POS cash handling, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding safety and security policies.

Flexible hours, ability to work weekends/holidays, and reliable transportation are required. Minimum 18+ yrs with a high school diploma is expected. Competitive benefits provided by the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in varied temperatures.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure duties are performed as directed.
• Coach staff by providing constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS and maintain appropriate cash levels.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Manage cash deposits, gift cards and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to keep in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and handle complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
