• Coaches staff to ensure knowledge of job requirements and guest service standards.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and facilities, both interior and exterior.
• Helps with order taking and cashiering during busy periods.
• Ensures adherence to scheduled hours, breaks, and timekeeping as per policies.
• Monitors food quality and presentation to meet taste and safety standards.
• Drives fast, consistent service and accurate order fulfillment.
