Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, entertainment, or guest services preferred.
• Willingness to assist guests and team members and operate entry technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for the Guest Experience department on event and non-event days.
• Set up technology at entry gates and prepare equipment for staff.
• Prepare signage and equipment for the Guest Experience areas.
• Assist guests with wayfinding and information.
• Maintain entry technology and ensure devices are charged during events.
• Escalate issues to the Manager or TMX Leads as needed.
