Job summary

Hollywood Park is seeking a Part-time Scheduling Coordinator to support the Guest Experience team at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park. You will handle event-day scheduling, timekeeping, and staff communications to ensure proper coverage and compliance with schedules.

You will monitor staffing trends, conduct zone audits, and assist with post-event labor summaries to optimize future event coverage. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing leadership.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event-day scheduling for SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, ensuring zones are filled and ready before doors open.
• Monitor GX scheduling email accounts and report staffing trends for upcoming events.
• Maintain presence on-site to conduct zone audits and verify staff alignment with the master schedule.
• Manage staff check-in/check-out, uniform inspections, and station assignments.
• Serve as primary contact for frontline staff to resolve scheduling issues and real-time login problems.
