Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for the Guest Experience department on event and non-event days.
• Serve in roles such as entry gate tech support and equipment distribution to team members.
• Prepare signage and equipment in organized, accessible areas.
• Assist guests and team members with information, wayfinding, and technology questions.
• Maintain entry technology systems and coordinate with the command center as needed.
