Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of luxury hospitality experience.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
• Proven experience in Front Desk or Guest Services operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of MCR for new hires and team members; exemplify values and guest service.
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a warm atmosphere.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with reservation accuracy.
• Supervise, train, and mentor front desk staff to ensure service quality.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Provide information about facilities and local attractions to guests.
• Foster relationships with repeat guests and VIPs to build loyalty.
• Collaborate with housekeeping/maintenance to prepare rooms and fix issues.
• Work cross-functionally to improve guest satisfaction and operations.
• Assist in managing room availability to optimize revenue and occupancy.
• Manage guest payments, invoices, and cash drawer; prepare daily financial reports.
