Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort in Auburn, WA is seeking a team-oriented guest services professional. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and coordinate special services with VIP clients to ensure a superior experience.

Responsibilities include check-in/check-out, billing, assisting guests with disabilities, and collaboration across departments. Compliance with policies and a commitment to safety are required for a positive workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Class IIIB gaming license.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of luxury hospitality experience.

• Be the face of MCR for new hires and team members; exemplify MCR values and deliver excellent guest service.
• Check guests in on arrival and out on departure.
• Post charges to appropriate guest accounts.
• Assist guests with disabilities.
• Manage online, phone, and in-person room reservations.
• Arrange specialized services for VIP customers.
• Operate switchboard and assist with inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Comply with company procedures and safety policies.
• Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive and safe work environment; promote positive team member relations and report issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
