Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort in Auburn, WA invites a customer-service oriented professional to join our team. You will be the face of the casino for guests and new hires, delivering exceptional service and professionalism while managing arrivals, departures, and guest accounts.

The role requires 2 years of customer service experience and 1 year in luxury hospitality, with the ability to obtain a Class IIIB gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of MCR for new hires and team members, exemplify values and guest service.
• Check guests in on arrival and out on departure.
• Post charges to guest accounts.
• Assist guests with disabilities.
• Manage online, phone, and in-person reservations.
• Arrange services for VIP customers.
• Operate switchboard and assist inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain a positive, safe work environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Ability to obtain a Class IIIB gaming license.
• 2 (two) years of customer service experience.
• 1 (one) year of luxury hospitality experience.
