Muckleshoot Casino in Auburn, WA is seeking a Rooms Quality Control member (Muckleshoot Tribal Members Only) responsible for inspecting and maintaining hotel room cleanliness and guest spaces to ensure the highest standards of service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hotel housekeeping experience including cleaning procedures and chemical handling.
• 1 year supervisory role managing a multi-person team, preferably housekeeping.
• 1 year of experience in hospitality or guest services.

Responsibilities

• Perform open and closing procedures for the housekeeping department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
• Manage and inspect daily cleaning of guest rooms and public spaces to meet quality standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms for cleanliness, organization, and maintenance.
• Prepare regular reports for management on cleanliness and maintenance of rooms.
• Verify amenities and supplies are stocked in each room.
• Collaborate with front desk and other departments to ensure efficient communication.
• Assist in training new housekeeping staff on procedures.
• Provide guidance to ensure consistent quality across all rooms.
