Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for the Epic Ascent Supervisor to lead the Epic Ascent Concierge team, supporting the Epic Ascent Manager with daily operations and coaching, ensuring exceptional guest experiences for ski & snowboard school lessons, specialty products, and premium resort offerings.

This winter seasonal, full-time role requires 2+ years in guest services or hospitality, strong leadership, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in guest services, hospitality, or operations leadership.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead and coach teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and guest experiences.
• Experience with reservation systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations of the Epic Ascent Concierge team, ensuring guest service and operational excellence.
• Coach, train, and develop team members through ongoing feedback and performance support.
• Serve as escalation point for guest, instructor, and operational issues, delivering timely resolutions.
• Coordinate private lessons, specialty experiences, and premium guest requests.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning to meet business and service needs.
• Monitor service quality, productivity, and operational performance while driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with Ski & Snowboard School, Product Sales & Services, and other resort teams to deliver an elevated guest experience.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and Epic Service standards.
