Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking a Hotel Supervisor to coordinate daily front-of-house operations, including bellmen and front desk agents. You will ensure guest check-ins/outs run smoothly, assist with reservations, and provide information and services to guests to maximize satisfaction.

Responsibilities include enforcing service standards, communicating with diverse guests, and maintaining inventory and security practices while supporting multiple hotel departments. Weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or equivalent experience preferred.
• Two years front desk experience recommended.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily front-of-house operations including bellmen and front desk agents.
• Ensure accurate guest check-ins/outs and reservations.
• Provide information and services to guests to maximize satisfaction.
• Promote and enforce service standards and department policies.
