Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Las Vegas is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team and ensure smooth operations for guest check-in and check-out at our Las Vegas property.

The role requires supervising staff, managing MICROS system transactions, and coordinating with Housekeeping and Engineering to meet guest needs. Applicants should be able to work varied shifts and provide exceptional service to all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk operations and guest services.
• Ability to supervise and schedule staff.
• Comfort with computer-based front desk systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper staffing levels of front desk staff, including interviewing and scheduling.
• Understand Front Office roles and duties and be able to perform duties as needed.
• Accurately manage and operate the MICROS system at the front office and perform daily transactions.
• Check AM and PM discrepancy reports.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering regarding guest rooms and maintenance requests.
• Greet guests and check them in/out promptly and professionally.
