Embassy Suites by Hilton Las Vegas is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front office team at 4315 University Center Drive, Las Vegas. You will oversee staffing, training, and scheduling to ensure smooth check-in and check-out for guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper staffing levels of front office associates, including interviewing, hiring, supervising, training and scheduling.
• Manage MICROS front desk system and daily transactions.
• Greet and assist guests, check them in and check them out promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering on room status and guest requests.
