Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, coach team members, and ensure a high-quality guest experience. The role manages POS operations, cash processes, and adherence to store policies while maintaining cleanliness and stock levels across shifts.

The position requires a High School Diploma and flexibility for day, night, weekends, and holidays, with reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees making sure they are performing all the job duties implemented by management.
• Coaching employees by giving them constructive feedback to help perform certain tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels.
• Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed.
• Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes.
• Responsible for all cash processes including deposit prep, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Always replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
