Job summary

Global Partners LP in Concord, NH is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead staff, refine service processes, and ensure operations meet company standards. You will supervise employees, coach performance, greet guests, and enforce safety, security, and quality policies across the store.

In addition, you will handle POS duties, cash deposits, and store replenishment, while maintaining clean facilities. Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends is required; the role offers competitive pay

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees performing duties per management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and practices.
• Operate the POS and manage cash levels (including supervised employees).
• Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Ensure 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes.
• Responsible for all cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
