Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to assist the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager, delivering attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests throughout their stay. This role also aims to maximize room revenue and occupancy.

The position requires 2-3 years of progressional hotel experience with a preferred prior supervisory responsibility and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2-3 years progressive hotel experience.
• HS diploma or equivalent; college coursework helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Front Desk Manager/GM and supervise front desk staff.
• Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy through merchandising and up-selling.
• Oversee guest check-in/check-out and resolve guest issues promptly.
