Job summary

The position requires 2–3 years in a hotel or related field, supervisory experience preferred, and a valid driver's license. Daily duties include overseeing front desk operations, guest communications, and coordination

Qualifications

• Progressive hotel experience required or preferred.
• Must be able to convey information clearly.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and handle guest objections.

Responsibilities

• Assist Front Office Manager or Assistant General Manager in daily operations.
• Oversee guest check-in/check-out to ensure friendly, efficient service.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue.
• Ensure logging and delivery of messages, packages, and mail in a timely manner.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

2–3 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field

College course work in related field helpful
