B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor at Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport in Herndon, VA. You will lead front desk operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage staff in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing guest service, controlling costs, training team members, and ensuring safety compliance to meet revenue and occupancy goals. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years prior guest service experience required preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent verbal communication skills needed.
• Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Accountable for guest satisfaction by ensuring service standards and responding to guests’ needs promptly.
• Financial Results and Cost Control: Manage expenses, schedule staff, and implement cost-saving measures to meet budget.
• People Management and Training: Evaluate staff performance, mentor, hire, and develop team members; ensure training records are maintained.
• Self/Workload Management: Attend meetings, communicate plans, and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Safety/Risk Management: Conduct routine inspections to maintain safety and compliance.
