Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate guest service and smooth operations.
• Manage front desk checklists, SOPs and daily payroll tasks.
• Address guest complaints promptly using standard resolution systems.
• Act as front desk agent as needed and maintain confidentiality.
