Job summary

OLD EDWARDS HOSPITALITY GROUP LLC in Highlands, NC seeks a Front Desk Agent who regularly greets guests, checks them in and out, and handles concierge duties with a welcoming demeanor.

You will respond to inquiries, assist with reservations, address billing questions, and use PRL/GPR systems when needed. The role requires English proficiency, confidentiality, and the ability to move around the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk experience preferred.
• Hospitality-related college degree preferred.
• Certifications related preferred but not required.
• Proficient use of English (oral and written).
• Second language helpful.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Check in, check out guests and provide property orientations.
• Respond to guest inquiries and deliver items to guest rooms.
• Address billing inquiries and resolve issues using PRL and GPR with management involvement when needed.
• Perform opening and closing checklists and pass on shift information.
• Learn events, hours for outlets, and transportation schedules for Highlands.
• Be familiar with Highlands and provide recommendations and reservations as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times and support other duties as assigned.
