Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor who will supervise front desk operations and ensure guest satisfaction. You will assist guests with check-in/check-out, process reservations, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Opera PMS is preferred. This role requires flexible AM/PM shifts and weekend work, with an emphasis on training, coaching staff, and achieving positive guest experiences through proactive service recovery.

Qualifications

• Must have one year or more of guest service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Must have basic computer knowledge and excellent written and verbal skills.
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must understand, read, write and speak English and communicate with guests and Team Members.
• Familiar with operation of office equipment such as copier, printer, facsimile, telephone.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Able to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and reservations in a friendly, professional manner.
• Train and coach front office staff; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Drive revenue through upselling rooms and amenities; manage booking policies.
• Ensure adherence to Marriott standards and local regulations.
